The timeline reveals how these snakes realised that the smear campaign in itself was not working, so they had to weaponise the information by feeding it into the FBI.

Perhaps Sussman never revealed to the FBI that he was working for the Clintons. Personally I think the FBI officials involved in the crime - esp McCabe - knew full well what was going on from the very start.

The sheer evil of these people is difficult to comprehend. The way they set up and destroyed innocent citizens is truly sick. Sociopathic monsters.

The fact that reporter 1 & reporter 2 both published it on the exact same day, October 31st, Madam Secretary posted about it on her Twitter page. This shows full knowledge, a coordination and connection to Sussman. Clinton was directly involved in it. Why else would he bill the Clinton Campaign, she was paying him to shop the story to take down Trump. The Feb. 2017 FBI meeting was another attempt to take down Trump and or get a Special Counsel appointed to investigate Trump to smear and or maim his presidency.

All these D.C. denizens know each other and who is connected to who. Sussman was a very well known commodity and most likely flashed his close association with the Clintons. This is how the D.C. incestuous families operate.

Like the entire Obama Administration "they all know one an other." Same lawyers and "fixers" keep popping up as gov't bureaucrats or when out of gov't as lawyers for those having legal problems. No criminal conversations are necessary just like the Mafia or other O.C. operations it is a wink and nod or a "get this done" instruction. Sussman would have made sure Clinton was in the loop since he wanted to be valued and rewarded when she became POTUS. He probably already pictured himself behind some big desk with a bevy of minions doing his bidding. After Trump won it was take down time and he and others continued their illegal jihad against Trump believing that their success would bring them blessings from the insidious Dark Queen.

It is astonishing how Clinton's, among many other Swamp denizens can blatantly, almost laughingly break laws and, irrespective of trails of evidence, (destroyed Blackberries; illegal, hacked home server w/ (c) & (ts) messages; egregious influence pedaling for millions), well documented books, whistleblowers willing to testify, they know laws won't be applied to them...

In the indictment it references handwritten notes from a meeting with the FBI General council of the FBI's knowledge that Sussman worked for the DNC and the Clinton campaign. It states as much right in the notes. So it's false that the FBI was unaware of Sussman's ties and extremely suspect that they had reason to believe Sussman when he stated that he was not there on behalf of any client. So does the FBI routinely just take everything they are told at face value to further their investigations, or was it only negative information about Trump that they took at face value? The indictment seems to imply that because Sussman todl the FBI he was not there on behalf of any client, that they weren't aware who his clients were, whis is not the case according to the FBI's own handwritten notes. Shouldn't the FBI immediately been suspicious of Sussman's information with the knowledge that his clients were from the opposition party, even if he denied being there on the Clinton Campaign or the DNC's behalf? The way the indictment is written one would believe that the poor old FBI was completely duped by Sussman, when in fact they knew all along who his clients were and ignored that information because of their own bias against Trump. There are really only two inferences you can draw regarding the FBI from this indictment. Either they were completely duped by Sussman, which is belied by their own notes, and would imply that we have big problems if the FBI can be duped so easily, or the FBI was eager to go along with Sussman, despite knowing his ties to Clinton and the DNC because of their own bias towards Trump. Either one of these two inferences is damning for the FBI.

The thing is that the FBI agents conducting the investigation were well aware of the Directors' attitude and feelings about Trump and his bias FOR Ms Clinton. Pleasing the Director takes preference over the honesty of ANY investigation. This very political organization is always aware of which way the wind from D.C. is blowing. Since the days of Hoover the operational level agents always consider the politics and perception when conducting investigations. The FBI suffers from the rot of politics at its' very core. If they somehow miss the political implications of any investigation they are conducting there is always the DOJ to firmly remind them and/or block those inquires and possible indictments well before they become a "problem."

Clearly, with respect to Clintons, Bidens, probably other Democrat higher-ups, it's hands off until their malfeasances are blatant and they have to make a show of 'doing something.' Hunter's laptop shelved for 18-months is Ex. 'A'

With Trump, family, associates however, jaywalking warrants investigation...

Durham’s stage debut is in line with Biden’s near catastrophic poll numbers dive. They most likely decided to strike while the alligator is in his death roll and trying to untangle from his complete Afghanistan disaster.

The General Milley story came out to divert attention from Biden’s utterly contemptible pull out from Afghanistan. He also could publicly claim he gave Biden bad advice and fall on his sword to take the attention of incompetence off of Biden or possibly future impeachment. Then Milley can retire with a million dollar book deal or get a job on K street.

I do believe since this professor I mentioned in this blog a few days ago was reportedly not cooperating with Durham’s investigators. There’s a connection to the dragon lady Madam Secretary herself and Sussman. Sussman must have had to give up a lot of information to get the indictment down to a perjury charge. I’m excited to see whose next, my guess would be Elias.

If it gets to Madam Secretary herself, you can bet she’ll drag Obama & Co down with her.

Number 15 in the indictment is important. The internet researcher told the FBI in November 2016 he had been offered a job in a Clinton administration.

Clearly not an independent researcher. Did they ask more questions? Particularly in the context of the briefing of it all being a Clinton plan to link Trump to Russia...

This is sick.

That wasn’t a researcher offered the job, it was “Tech Exec 1” [i.e. Zuckerburg (IMO)]

I worked at the same company as Tech Exec 1 and spoke with him re working for him on a project to track American citizens’ physical and online data in order to establish associative networks ostensibly to track terrorists. Of course we know who these people consider to be terrorists - anyone who doesn’t vote Democrat. I turned the opportunity down and left to work for another firm. The amazing thing about this guy is he considers himself a super patriot, protecting the country from bad guys. And apparently he’s ok with blatant lies about a presidential candidate in order to do it. He’s actually not even from the US- moved here from South Africa.

Doesn't this also add up to Trump himself having a case to sue Sussmann and the Clinton campaign for defaming him with what they knew to be false information. They released that info to the press with the exact goal of hurting Trump and they talked about creating some of the false information themselves, ie: false emails.

Might be, since there is indications They Were the Source. They should have quit while they were still hidden.

Alfa Bank is asking the U.S. Justice Department for help solving the mystery and pledged its full cooperation.

Alfa wants U.S. authorities to help unmask a computer inside the United States that it believes has been used to launch cyberattacks spoofing the appearance of a backdoor communication channel between Moscow and America’s 45th president, according to a source directly familiar with the bank’s request.

The source said the spoofing attempt is equivalent to someone in the U.S. sending an empty envelope to the Trump Towers but putting on the envelope a return address in Russia, causing the Trump server to falsely return the communication back to Moscow.

The source cautioned it does not yet have evidence that the same activity occurred between last May through September, causing the generation of the first server pings that computer scientists reported last fall might be evidence of secret communications between Trump and Russia.

the activity was actually being spoofed -- or hacked --through a third party from a masked computer address inside the United States

There are Mudslinging laws in effect during elections. Basically it’s a license to lie, fabricate or smear your opponent with impunity. I for one am hope that Bill 230 gets overturned as it protects the media for their lies and propaganda. We had a law that did that . . . Smith Mund Act, and Obama let it expire without renewing it. He knew what propaganda could accomplish, it worked for Hitler.

so it was a lie at the time of the meeting and the statute of limitations clock really was ticking on that. but it appears he repeated the lie other times. to a grand jury recently as well? of course the FBI counsel accepted the obvious lie. he's meeting with a lawyer from the most Democrat linked law firm just weeks before the presidential election and being told the Republican candidate's company is up to back channel chicanery. but this info is being offered in a neutral manner by a concerned citizen because he told me so himself. the FBI is as rotten as perkins coie.

Expand full comment

Precisely. The FBI knew who his clients were. It says as much in the hand written notes taken during a meeting someone at the FBI had with the FBI general council about his meeting with Sussman. Yet they just set that information aside and believed that he was merely being a good citizen? Gimme a break. Sussman's indictment reads like the FBI was completely hoodwinked by him, when at best, they were willfully blind to the obvious problem relying on information from Sussman or, at worst, they were equally as willing as Sussman to further the false narrative because of their own biases. Whether it's the former or the latter, the FBI is in this up to their necks and look as incompetent as we already know they are. Seems the only thing they are good at is entrapping people and then shifting blame elsewhere.

The welknown tech security guy that was supposed to be hired by Clinton, had she won. . . . my bet is Brian Krebs. He also helped Esper put out false information on the 2020 election. Esper hired Krebs.

I recall Krebs was operating the HRC mail server using remote protocols which can easily be hacked. The ability of HRC to avoid any prosecution over her emails remains a mystery given how many laws she violated. I'm sure the TS clean-up was massive given any understanding of her servers.
