I understand the distinction between misleading and “capable of influencing” the FBI, and that is not a high bar to reach. But I don't believe they can even get to that level. I think too much evidence has already come out from "Twitter sleuths" like Techno, McIntyre, Fool, and others that provide enough reasonable doubt. The FBI not only knew exactly what he was doing, they likely helped put him up to it. Therefore, it was not capable of misleading them.

Also, been thinking of NY Times report on Durham winding down. They must not have notified Joffe, because his attorneys would have reported Joffe had been cleared. Curious if anything will happen on that front.
