I got the two shot vaccine, didn't want to get a booster, got Covid and recovered after a few days. As more comes out about the mRNA vaccines, the less motivated am I to continue on with the boosters etc. I think working hard to stay healthy is the best solution. People already with health issues have to weigh the benefits and risk. Also staying away as much as possible for people who are ill as well as staying away from others when I am sick, is one of the best defenses.
