Kavanaugh is a worthless bum.

From what I understand the CMS battle isn't over. They just ruled against an injunction.

I sincerely hope the CMS battle isn’t over. Why should those of us who have seen first hand the adverse effects of covid vax, be subject to the vax of horrors to keep our jobs????

It is just insane.

Kavanaugh is a snake! We are in the middle of a healthcare crisis and this pos votes to mandate vaccines on “heroes”

I cannot fathom why HC workers would be subjected to this unmitigated and evil mandate after they spent a year caring for covid patients before there was any covid jab available. Hope the ones who can't get an exception quit their jobs. If enough of them do, the Demented Despot will be forced to put an end to it when there won't be enough workers to care for ANY patients.

Bad day for Biden but It’s a worse day for healthcare workers across the entire country. This was a bait & switch. Now healthcare workers have no options other than quitting or the unlikely religious exemption.

Also Bidens regime has asked for the identities of all those who have filed religious exemption. How is that not a violation of the first amendment???

It is discouraging when you don’t know if you will still be able to continue your calling to serve your patients tomorrow.

I saw an article on this in The Washington Times 1/11/2022. 😞

All in all, this is a loss. One of two is not good enough. I didn't want Kavanaugh. I realize Trump's hands were tied with Flake, Murkowski and Collins. We need better presidents, better senators, better congressmen and better countrymen.

Yeah. well. sadly.. now that I have watched a couple rulings.. by Kavanaugh I believe that he and other Scotus have been intimidated internally or perhaps just threatened so much they just submit. I am disappointed in Breyer.. thought he started to think.. he did .. he decided he wanted to stay on the Supreme Court. remember Scalia.. too!

Breyer is entirely unhinged dude. Second worst after sotomayor. It’s like listening to msnbc.

Actually, in regards to the CMS mandate, maybe the way forward is to have the health authorities admit that natural immunity has equal status to the vaccines (we all know it’s superior, much to the chagrin of big pharma), as most western nations have already granted that legal status to their populations.

This still leaves workers who've never had the covid out on a limb -- as well as those who've had it but didn't get it officially logged.

great point! also, within the ruling there will most likely be language that speaks of 'due to the serious nature/severity of the pandemic, extreme measures....blah, blah, blah....' and as Omnicron will continue to grant natural immunity to all, I can see another case coming before the court to clarify that very issue.

anything to keep the FIAT MANDATE IN place; the process is the punishment.. yeah. just recently heard that interesting tidbit after seeing all the 'protestors' held on manufactured charges.. ! :) by no less the DOJ.. what is not to love?

I wish that would happen. You said it BIG PHARMA means BIG MONEY and don't forget China still controls this narrative since it owns many of the charlatans in the NIH and also Big Pharma itself

But a silver lining in this healthcare mandate is the religious and medical exemption noted in the beginning of the ruling.

Expand full comment

I'm afraid I see it as tin foil rather than silver. It still accepts the idea that a mandate is allowable. And it also leaves the judgment up to management as to what constitutes an acceptable exemption request. Once you agree that you must ask permission, you've already ceded your liberty.

I know.. trying to remain positive here.. we just inaugurated Glenn Youngkin, Winsome Sears and Jason Miyarers. I have a hard time with this being heard at the Supreme Court level to begin with you did get that in my comments. Fiat or fascist styled mandates are not in the Constitution.

Yeah.. true. keep praying. :)

Woo-Hoo! Now do the 2020 election!

Medicine has been broken for many years. Roberts and Kavanaugh just stuck the final blow. The law of unintended consequences says hospitals will lose employees by the droves. Even those who took the vaccine on their own volition ( without informed consent) will participate in closing the lights off in US Heath care.

Thank you for mentioning what I couldn't INFORMED CONSENT.. well as usual my phone is ringing off the hook.. take care.. !!

Maybe the CMS carve out will be moot when there is finally the first of many lawsuits involving mandates shots that caused vaccine injury or death. Unfortunately, these headless organizations only speak in the language of money.

Could the CMS ruling open the door to Medicare/Medicaid mandating jabs for recipients?

Unlikely, no. The CMS rules govern providers/facilities.
