We saw the footage too .. everyone in America saw it .. she had no verbal warning, she did NOT try to climb through the broken window, the officer was behind a wall and blindly shooting his gun (repeatedly) toward an opposite wall .. it appeared to ricochet and the bullet struck her somewhere OTHER than her shoulder .. she bled out the mouth for God sake! There was no reason for the officer to be shooting the gun erratically like that .. it was as if he was intentionally creating a drama effect, to the detriment of poor Ashley .. The government needs to get rid of everyone in the DOJ if they are covering for this officer ..

If those police didn’t perceive her as a danger, then why would the shooting police officer, behind two doors perceive her as a danger? Ok, great legal review. But as non attorney let me try my best to break this down for you from another and more dangerous perspective. When the DOJ gives one officer a criminal defense based on “protecting Congress”, even though up until this shooting not a single Congressman was injured or was physically threatened, this may be the end of our Republic. This also means that our lost government would have zero problem with officers and would forever defend them if they murdered a hundred or more peaceful protestors exercising there rights for redress and civil disobedience enshrined in the Constitution – the same Constitution these officers took an oath to defend. That should scare us all.
At this point I gotta believe they're intentional trying to radicalize the Right.
How many more of these overtly politized, "two separate systems of justice" decisions can they make before they start triggering hotheads who think all hope is lost and their only solution is violence? I think that's their goal to give them the pretext to pass their 40,000 page domestic Patriot Act bill.

The Capitol police officer could have fired a warning shot. He chose to fire indiscriminately!
