There a oversight agency and the FBI is refusing to turn over documents so the emphasis by all of the pundits and media focus should be why is the DOJ and FBI able to cover up this criminality when they known for years how corrupted the Biden’s are. The public should be demanding that Congress defund the FBI and the DOJ as by their actions the justice system is broken. The idea behind a Special Counsel is that he is to be independent from the politically powerful people who are his bosses in the chain of command. Trump is not in the chain of command- no need for a Special Counsel. But Biden very much is. EXACTLY the situation calling for a Special Counsel.

Congress needs full access to Hunter’s accounts so that transfers back and forth between Joe and Hunter can be investigated.
Any transfers over $15k that weren’t reported as gifts are potentially tax fraud.
