5. Twenty two or twenty four DOJ attorneys wiped their Federal phones. Criminal. Why aren't they all charged for this prima facia crime?

I do not see the comment to which you refer, but the DNC claimed their computers were 'hacked' (broken into) in 2015 and claimed Russia did it. They refused to turn over their computers to the FBI and instead hired their own firm to investigate. It has been proven that they could not have been hacked via the net as the speed for download in the time it occurred would not have been possible. The data was published by Wikileaks and included emails concerning John Podesta & Hillary Clinton and were quite damaging.
Meanwhile, in July of 2016, Seth Rich, an employee of the DNC was shot twice in the back in DC and died. It is thought that he is the person who downloaded the data and gave to Julian Assange on a flash drive. Assange has stated the information did NOT come from Russia. The releasing of the information from the hack revealed a small part of the corruption of the Clintons.
Perhaps Mr. Fog, whose comment you are referring to might give you more detail as to what he meant. I suggest you find his comment and reply directly to it or he will not know you have asked your q.
Keep up the great work you are doing. The first Indictment did show the direction and every step gets closer. Thank you for providing the insight we need for the Durham investigation. I will be as glad as anyone when this is completed, but I am immensely appreciative of the due diligence he is expending.

While I DO understand that keeping my hopes in check is vitally important, I also appreciate the focus, and thoroughness, that Durham seems to be operating under and hope, dare I say it, this is truly leading to some people being held to account. Were the explanation for the HFA/DNC/Joffe/PerkinsCoie/FusionGPS/Steele relations simple, innocent, and straightforward, it would've been revealed by one of the parties as such, e.g., "Let me clear up this whole mess..." As it is, they're litigating to keep those relations hidden, private, undisclosed. While they have due process rights, rights to counsel, etc., with a number of legal principles at-play, the PR strategy is to bore the press and public to death in a mountain of indecipherable filings and motions.
