Obviously a ploy by Biden’s personal Department of Justice to prevent Hunter from having to testify before Jordan’s House committee. Let’s see if Hunter makes it to Washington for the testimony. They’ll play the old ongoing investigation ploy.

Bs, they know he is going down so they get him to accept some tax charges to placate the public. He has done far worse.

Tip of the corruption & immoral law breaking ice-berg methinks, crumbs begrudgingly fed to shut the masses up with a 'no one's above the law, we're straight up', phoney megaphoned propaganda.

Cannot comment due to ongoing investigation. It’s a sham and shield. Dad will pardon son will not be compelled to speak. Shit show. Timing. Come on.

It is all a cover play...make headlines with indictment but quietly plea it down or drag it out so everyone stops paying attention to what happened. Techno does great work but out of Cali it smells of cover fire. If it was out of a red state it might have more teeth.

I'm an L.A. born senior, and this comes as a total surprise, given the current woke and corrupt Soros-bought District Attorney! Thank you for some good news, TechnoFog!

Remember, they got Al Capone on tax evasion...and he did MUCH worse!

Another ridiculous token response from our corrupt officials who couldn’t turn a blind eye any longer. He and his father have committed FAR worse. Traitors pure and simple.

Sadly, nothing will happen.

Biden’s DOJ will protect him.

We'll see if any convictions actually happen.

And while Hunter’s appearance before Congress would be an exercise in Congressional impotence, the fact that there is now an indictment protects him from any Congressional queries. Good timing.

Thanks Techno!! 1. Does the Mann Act still exist? As I recall, a federal crime to transport women across state lines for illegal purposes (prostitution being the main one). If that is right, seems like the indictment lays out factual predicates for such a violation. {my "knowledge" about the Mann Act is based on memories of trashy 50's-60's detective stories, which is why I am asking} 2. Also, not exactly apropos, but I read somewhere (John Schindler's substack?) that Joe Biden had dinner with Patrick Ho, Hunter's client, who was characterized by Hunter in an email as the "****ing spy chief of China" just a few weeks before Ho was indicted by the FBI. What is the story on this? Seems like it ought to be big news.....
