If that is right, seems like the indictment lays out factual predicates for such a violation. {my "knowledge" about the Mann Act is based on memories of trashy 50's-60's detective stories, which is why I am asking} 2. Also, not exactly apropos, but I read somewhere (John Schindler's substack?) that Joe Biden had dinner with Patrick Ho, Hunter's client, who was characterized by Hunter in an email as the "****ing spy chief of China" just a few weeks before Ho was indicted by the FBI. What is the story on this? Seems like it ought to be big news.....
