Thank you, TechnoFog! you are always the #1 in legal matters! I have some questions:

1) isn't James Baker now the Deputy General Counsel at Twitter? (that's quite interesting considering the recent Takeover of Twitter by Elon Musk)

2) in another article you wrote that Marc Elias was questioned under oath by the Durham Grand Jury (if I'm not wrong) - do you know when that happened? - the date is important, since Marc Elias resigned from Perkins Coie in Aug 2021: one month before Sussmann indictment

3) IIRC, about 24 persons have been interviewed by the Grand Jury. Do you know their names? Or the names of some of them?

4) Has Jake Sullivan been interviewed under oath by the Grand Jury? If yes, do you know when?

I don't think the Trump campaign had to invent one single thing. All they had to do was to report the truth, or at least their _perspective_ on the truth. And President Trump has this penchant for being proven correct long after the fact.

Jake Cyan's avatar

Too bad the FBI knows Danchenko made up most of the crap in Hillary's dossier.

Trump met with Putin and Xi to finalize their plans to destroy The Swamp. Obama and Killary are 💯% phuqed.

Putin was involved in UraniumOne, Skolkovo, Ukrainian money laundering, helping Ukraine provide rockets to the Deep State for mercenary ICBMs launched against the US & Japan and 'sheltering' Snowden.

Putin has receipts. That's why they hate him.

They are soooooooooo done :)

DK's avatar

Even if they get off in court, the light has been shone upon them. They are done.

YYR's avatar

Done? They are heroes to the left, especially if they beat Durham.

John Oh's avatar

Make them pay. Make them pay lawyers. Make them interrupt their lives. Get everything on the record for the future to see. Make the process the punishment.

DK's avatar

You make a very good point. Who is responsible for the legal fees incurred, especially if their defense rests on there being no client engagement?

NYKIndependent's avatar

The Clinton campaign no doubt has lots of cash left over for just this purpose. It will not cost Killary a cent.

DK's avatar

So what?

Their credibility is shot. The stain this leaves, regardless of outcome, is indelible for all associated.

Think Arthur Andersen........

No matter what comes of the Durham coverup the Clinton Crime Family will continue to be a malevolent and powerful force in American politics. There is virtually no one in DC with any power who wants Hillary & Co. to be politically neutralized and that particularly includes McConnell and McCarthy.

The MSM and Tech Totalitarians will make sure that the vast sea of ignorant drones who vote in this country will continue to wallow in self-imposed ignorance. If it were otherwise Creepy Joe would have an approval rating of around 10% and Hunter would be in a Federal prison.

They never seem to learn that the TRUTH never rests. Its as true now as when the Nazis tried to hide their crimes by burying their victims only to have the earth heave and move and reveal their genocide. Same thing with the NKVD in the Katyn Forest massacre.

The bottom line?

The US Gruberment has been making life difficult since Woodrow Wilson and has only accelerated it, not reduced it.

Nick Fuentes First Kiss's avatar

So, Christopher Steele is such an explosive witness with such damning evidence that the gov't won't subpoena him because he won't answer their calls? This is all ticky-tack nothing that Durham is churning out to carry water for someone - I assume pressure from Senators to go through motions and keep Trump happy.

The Yota phone and Alfa bank stories both had evidence and deserved to be investigated - whoever brought the evidence forward. Some will claim that the CIA debunked the Alfa story - but Durham reserves judgment and I'm guessing the same people wouldn't trust the CIA about anything else.

Techno Fog's avatar

Those who helped compile (create?!) the Alfa Bank "evidence" didn't even believe in it. 🤷‍♂️

Nick Fuentes First Kiss's avatar

According to Durham's tortured explanation, they didn't believe in it. Durham seems to a priori believe that this was all a hit operation - therefore no one believed it was ever true and everyone had bad intentions.

But that's not what the defendants are saying -

"The Alfa Bank results “have been validated and are reproducible. The findings of the researchers were true then and remain true today; reports that these findings were innocuous or a hoax are simply wrong,” said Jody Westby and Mark Rasch, lawyers for David Dagon, a Georgia Institute of Technology data scientist and one of the researchers whom the indictment discussed but did not name.

Steven A. Tyrrell, a lawyer for Rodney Joffe, an internet entrepreneur and another of the four data experts, said his client had a duty to share the information with the F.B.I. and that the indictment “gratuitously presents an incomplete and misleading picture” of his role."

a71jdjt's avatar

Yeah, they knew the only way they'd stay out of trouble was to hide behind HRC's skirt, hoping that her seeming ability to deflect prosecution would work its magic yet once again. Didn't work, fellas. John Durham is on your case.

He'll be more useful in the Danchenko trial and indictments of the conspiracy between Sussmann-HFA-PerkinsCoie-FusionGPS-Steele. Why blow your load early for an easy prosecution when the meat that Durham is going for is the conspiracy/fraud indictments that are forthcoming.

Just another coffin nail in the future of the Fibbies. As an organization, they're liars much more than prosecutors of justice.

Paula Daly's avatar

Why would the Hillary Alfa Bank tweet be excluded from evidence?

LetsgoBrandon's avatar

Judge said it was hearsay too far from any fact to show the original charge of the lie that Sussmann told the FBI which to this point is all he is being charged with.

NYKIndependent's avatar

That’s a load. It wasn’t hearsay, it’s the fruit of the work she commissioned from Fusion and the Sussman tech team. That Tweet is the whole REASON for the work and the lie. Clinton and Sullivan are being protected. As usual.

LetsgoBrandon's avatar

You are correct. But, that was the judge's ruling on that. There were other rulings that were good for the SC not so good for Sussmann.

A Mitchell's avatar

I’m very impressed with the way Durham is building this case. It started out deceptively simple with Klinesmith. Now more seriously with Sussman. The panic of the other players is coming into focus as Durham carefully draws them in and explains to the judge why all the evidence he’s requesting to bring in is germane to the case. The judge hasn’t denied him once. All the flailing around of parties that weren’t charged in the case but suddenly want to hide their roles by blocking evidence is blood in the water. If Durham proceeds the way he’s started out, he can blow this case wide open. Let us pray!

A Mitchell's avatar

TechnoFog, at last I found you! I kept seeing and hearing references to your work thru other sources but I knew I wanted access to your actual product. Much better than having it parsed by a third party. Now all I have to do is drag my tiny Far West Texas bank into this century so I can get a paid subscription. Apparently I have to steer clear of their lunch hours, coffee breaks and weekends!

legal-analysis.”26

 July 28-31, 2016:27

“probably [being] aware from the beginning” that Steele was sharing his

information with the Clinton campaign.34

Possible new indictments:

- Joffe

- Marc Elias

???

Previous authors have mentioned other false statements by other individuals, and by strict on of justice. Not to mention possible Conspiracy?

To me, 26 crooked DOJ Weismann - Mueller attorneys wiping their Federal government smart phones- a cumbersome, involved process - seems to be low hanging fruit. Since it was coordinated, ain't that a Conspiracy, too? Access our NSA databases for all the information, and Indict them ALL. (But in this case I sadly agree with Sundance, it appears government actors are off limits.)

a71jdjt's avatar

Oh, please ... I'm hoping beyond hope that Elias ends up as a prosecutorial target. But everything I've heard and seen says that he's protected by the Kleptocrats of both parties. Please, please happen. Pretty please?

BeTheLightLetItShine's avatar

Christopher Steele will not be a witness. Sussmann’s lawyer informed the court that the Special Counsel stated on April 26 that Steele is “out of the country and isn’t likely to be a witness.” Just wondering, can Steele be forced to testify??

Not properly predicated according to Durham, and he has more investigative tools at his disposal compared to an inspector general.

Yet Mueller investigated Alfa Bank connections long after Oct 31 2016 because the hoax Sussmann pushed in the federal government was still being tested.

The hoax persisted long after election day and well into the Trump presidency.

You can't honestly believe a NYT story that is widely ignored by the general population and Washington DC would suddenly reverse the course that Sussmann pushed the country on (for political advantage of course). The NYT story did absolutely ZERO to stop Russia hysteria for 5 years and counting.

Stop trying to deflect with the "Bush loyalist" statements, they have zero bearing on the fact that the DNC and HFA and Perkins Coie and FusionGPS conspired to inject false information to the US investigative agencies to start investigations to hurt a political opponent. I'm not buying what you're selling. Your substack article on why "masks work" is further evidence that you are trying your best to distract attention from the failures of your political party (DNC).
