About time!!!

LET'S GET OUR BROKEN JUSTICE SYSTEM FIXED ASAP. Replace the crooked judges. Prosecute them.

Short ropes, and long drops. It is past time for Nuremburg 2.0. Start with Fauci. Gates can go next.

I would really like to see some of these abusers of power to be prosecuted for their lawfare.

ALL OF THEM SHOULD BE PROSECUTED. I BELIEVE THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP WILL HANDLE EACH OF THEM IN A SLOW AND STEADY MANNER.

Boomerang! The deep state just isn’t learning its lessons. What goes around comes around.

Trump would know outcome of the 2028 election before his term ends. Presumably, he would see little need for a pardon if Vance or another Republican wins office. If the winner is a Democrat then I agree he may decide a pardon is prudent given his experience with the Biden administration.

Jumping Jack and Lois Lerner worked together at the IRS to prevent TRUE THE VOTE 501C application for a reason and when they got so hot it crushed her motherboard .

Unfortunately NONE of these criminals ever stand trial or go to jail so the only lesson learned is, keep slinging the mud, filing false charges and if you win, keep on. If you lose, you will be promoted for putting up the fight.

In the end, nothing changes and the taxpayer foots the bill.

I'm sick of it!

I AM PRAYIG FOR A MORE EQUITABLE SOLUTION. TRUMP AND THE US CITIZENS WILL WIN.

By all means Trump should pardon himself if necessary. It was blatant lawfare.

A Very Good Day; Happy Thanksgiving President Trump and First Lady.

Techno, I took the liberty to edit your brilliant report "It’s doubtful that President Trump will do Judge Chutkan any favors".

Hope you don't mind :-)

Haste makes Waste.

Unbridled political zealotry does, too!

Thank you Techno for covering the with/without prejudice issue.

I'm shocked and disappointed that defendants Walt Nauta and Carlos will have to continue their appeal - the media seems to have skipped this. The Special Prosecutor's persecution of the "little" people throughout his reign has been completely overlooked and ignored.

I've puzzled over the need for "retribution" with regard to the SC. Ten years ago, the moderate in me would be wanting to move on from this very bad chapter in politics. But the hurt and harm that they've purposefully inflicted on everyday Americans who were naively caught up in this needs to be addressed. There's a sadistic streak in these people (the DOJ, the SC) that needs to be dealt with - I don't think Trump's DOJ needs to declare war on them but there must be some type of justice meted out so that a signal is sent.

I hope Trump pardons them as soon as he gets into office.

Isn't it disingenuous for Smith to cite the Constitution in his decision to quit?

Did he not know of this constitutional provision?

I guess they’re getting scared!

A total waste of over $55 million dollars of our tax dollars, hopefully after January 20th, we will see all these people investigated and held responsible for their crimes

Can't stop laughing at the little weasel who is so insignificant that he has a boring name.

Well, at least this dispatches Jack(ass) Smith to the hinterlands for a few years.

What is the chance that pardoning himself is challenged on the grounds of corruption and misuse of prerogatives?

founding

Doesn't seem like a good idea to pardon ones self. Gives the appearance of guilt. I would let it ride.

Nope. I would pardon myself in a heartbeat: WHO GIVES A Shat what anyone thinks after what Trump and his family (especially Eric Trump who really expressed himself on this) through. Rummaging through Melania's underwear? and Attempted assassination? are you kidding me?

I speak from experience as well. not me.. I have a clean record .. because I was the person surrounded by the people who "get in trouble" so SOMEONE had to be sober and hire the attorneys and that was me. But I have been hassled extensively and it really takes its toll, emotionally, financially, but never shook my faith. God is Good all the time. :)
