Not buying it. Why are you so hell bent on defending our disgustingly dishonest FBI. I want to know if they’ve brought in the capital policewoman for questioning. As soon as the Blaze broke that story the FBI went radio silent and then a few weeks later they announce this poor guys it. They. Are. Lying. And covering up for the Capital Police and the coup.

The effort to exonerate Brian Cole relies on "gait analysis" and subjective impressions of his "confidence," while ignoring a mountain of hard evidence. Here is the narrative of the case, contrasted with the skepticism:

The skeptics paint a picture of an awkward, mentally vulnerable young man who lacks the "confident stride" of the figure seen on the J6 surveillance tapes. They argue that his "goofy walk" and the way he holds his phone during a traffic stop prove he couldn't be the operative who evaded the FBI for years. To them, the government has snagged a "convenient" suspect who is simply too detached to be a bomber.

Techno Fog and the DOJ present a far more clinical reality. While skeptics analyze how he walks, the FBI analyzed what he bought and said. Cole didn't just look like a suspect; he owned the crime. He spent months methodically purchasing the exact pipes, end caps, and timers used in the devices. He didn't just "ping" near the site; his car and phone moved in perfect synchronization with the hooded figure on camera.

Ultimately, the defense’s focus on "body language" is a distraction from the 1.5-hour confession where Cole personally detailed the construction and planting of the bombs. He spent that 90-minute window providing "non-public" details—such as the specific mix of galvanized and black end caps and his inspiration from Northern Ireland's "Troubles"—that only the builder would know. As Techno Fog points out, Level 1 Autism doesn't make one "incapable"; it often grants the very focus and pattern-recognition needed to carry out a meticulous, multi-month plan. The skeptics are looking at the man's posture; the prosecution is looking at his receipts.
