ty for the summary.

its atl, and the judge is a donor to fani’s campaign so i won’t hold out for any hope of justice. just us. definitely.

after all, the 2020 “water leak”, video footage of boxes of stashed ballots being scanned multiple times, and ballot mules making multiple trips to drop boxes has still not resulted in any justice.

I wouldn’t hold a $150 donation as an important indication of McAfee’s allegiance.

How did these clowns ever graduate high school 🧐

Expand full comment

Have you seen our high schools?

The clock on their time served expired and they were released, with a diploma/credential reflecting such. High school has been turned into an activity, not an accomplishment.

any way to subpoena the 12,000 text messages between fani and wade?

At this point, I think I'd settle for "moderately low" standards since I have seen none thus far.

Wasn't the judge an attorney under Willis at one point -- corrupt legal system in the US.

Expand full comment

Yes, he was.... Why doesn't he recuse himself?? Why doesn't the defense harp on this? I haven't closely followed this, so perhaps they have pursued this already?

One more aspect that stinks to high Heaven. Total mockery of "justice"

One has to shudder at the thought of being under Fanni in any setting at all!

I guess we’re all going to ignore the fact that this story is straight out of an urban romance novel.

“He’s a sexist hotshot lawyer with smoldering good looks and an easy way with the ladies. She’s a no-nonsense District Attorney whose motto is, ‘A man is not a plan.’ When they get thrown together to prosecute a white supremacist politician, you better believe sparks will fly. But can she tame him… or has she met her match?”

Basically a garbage soap opera.

Well, it looks like it’s amateur hour in Fulton County. I don’t have any legal background and even I know you can’t credibly follow up a claim of attorney-client privilege with a claim to a bad memory.

I wonder what the prosecution rate in Fulton County is. Do these guys get any convictions or does everyone just run circles around them?

Wade and Fani were/are going to make $$$$ if they get to proceed. He made $750,000 before the case even started. Fulton County and their County Commissioners should be brought up on Rico charges.

His lack of testimony means nothing but guilt, the text alone prove beyond a shadow of a doubt they all lied under oath. However the Judge is compromised by donating to her campaign every one of them have been influenced by the corrupt Biden DOJ and will rule against Trump no matter if evidence proves otherwise. I’m sure all of them are being paid off to go after Trump, if they succeed the payoff will be substantial by Biden.

Fani's net worth is 8 million dollars; splain that phenomena.

Payoff does not necessarily have to be monetary , could be appointed to a judgeship or a federal position for life. The one who takes down Trump will be rewarded handsomely by the Biden regime. Biden is panicking along with all the Lefty’s, they are scared of what Trump will do when he is re-elected. They will do whatever is necessary to keep him from being re-elected.

It's been proven over and over again and again.

Don’t you worry, I will never underestimate DJT. I have faith he will overcome all the fake accusations and come out on top!

Yes sir. The left who are bought by the global predators are backed into a corner. If the corrupt DOJ can’t put Trump in jail I would expect a false flag to stop the election or assassination. As we know the left will stop at nothing to maintain control.

Very true, they will do anything to remain in power, even the unthinkable as you said. If Trump does not win we are finished as a free republic.

I watched it.

It was pretty sad for a lawyer to pretend he couldn't remember much.

Shows just how corrupt the system is.

I wonder what the judge will rule.

Obviously this black piece of ahit lawyer is scared for his and his family's lives.

Expect him to be epsteinized

Right! ME Too!

But I don't TRUST ANY JUDGE in the Corrupt State of Georgia Politics, led by weakling, political tool, Governor Brian Kemp, and his Political Appointee Judge McAfee....good ole Southern white boys, running the Plantation....And the Black on White Racism practiced in Fulton County politics and legal system?...Who believes this obvious lying crook?

The members of the illustrious Bar Association in Georgia, should be hiding underneath their beds, hoping no one knows them or remembers them. This whole fiasco is, orchestrated by all of the moronic, psychopaths in the black and white community of Fulton County, under the direction of the Lobabiden regime, is a complete embarrassment, worldwide, to the USA, not to mention the amount of taxpayers' dollars that are being flushed down the toilet of sleaze-bag mafia style politics running the show in the USA in the 21st century.

Everyone should be completely outraged by these STOOPID PEOPLE deliberately destroying our lives and our country!

This is a very big embarrassing mess for Kemp and anyone associated with him...But, I repeat myself.

What was also interesting, considering Bradley’s hesitancy about answering, was that he seemed to wait for his attorney’s ‘objections’ which basically gave Bradley directions on how he was supposed to answer. Merchant brought this up to the court. You may also have noticed that Merchant began standing away from the podium, in order to stand in a direct line of sight between Bradley and his attorney, so as to thwart the attorney’s prompting. It now appears that the reason for the state to enter information about Bradley’s potential sex offense, was actually a ‘threat’. While perhaps we expected that, due to that admission, Bradley was going to ‘sing’, instead it appears the message was ‘if you change your current testimony, we have this case against you and will pursue it’.

Expand full comment

Yes the sex charge was the penalty for telling the truth. I’m sure he received a monetary bonus to lie to the court today

Expand full comment

Is feeding “speculation” to Ms Merchant some kind of fraud upon the court? Or at least upon an officer of the court? Was he lying then, or is he lying now? Was he trying to set her up for failure on the dismissal motion? Remember Fani accusing her of lies? Lies she was fed by Bradley? But Yeartie stands by her statements.

Expand full comment

Yeartie is smart and tough. She worked there and she knew Ms.Fani for many, many years.

Believe Yeartie, she has more honesty and credibility in her little finger than all of those attorneys and judge have in their entire bodies collectively!

Expand full comment

I agree. It seems to be a jeopardy for Bradley to state he knew his information was going into a motion then claim the information he gave was speculation. Did you notice Merchant finished up by asking him as “an officer of the court” had he lied at all?

Expand full comment

Yes, I think we have at least 3 officers of the court who have lied repeatedly in an effort to perpetrate a fraud upon this court.
