As Michael Burry (The Big Short) said yesterday: "The FBI lied to the FISA court, altered emails, leaked lies to the press to get Trump. Nothing’s shocking."

BradK (Afuera!)'s avatar

What's sad is that we've become almost totally numb to these stunts.

Observero0's avatar

BK, that's what the 4th, un-elected "Intelligence" leg of our gov't is counting on. Time to rip them a new one....at the local/state level.

MAGA/SA!

This whole charade is completely obvious. Why would any establishment ever treat a former president with such disdain? It’s never been done in my lifetime other than Nixon. You’ll notice as George Webb pointed out that Pottinger (father and son) was involved with Nixon and now with Trump, creating the PR fire. There’s def more than meets the eye here. This is political House of Cards shenanigans.

Of course there’s more... I’d be hogging pixels to rant on and on. 😂

What do you think of all this, Moe?

The affidavit is the key portion of the documents, the rest don’t really describe the actual cause for the raid! Also need to get the 302s for the case.....thanks for all your work Techno, always spot on!

Comparing a couple who stole state secrets about the atom bomb and passed them to the Soviet Union—a totalitarian dictatorship that was at that moment murdering millions of its own citizens and was plotting various wars of expansion and attacks against the Rosenbergs' own country (USA)—to a former President who even in the worst-case scenario was in possession of various classified documents is just the height of grotesque dishonesty and shocking stupidity.

And by a famous professional "historian"!!

Whatever you may feel or think about Trump, it is undeniable that he has given his opponents some kind of toxic aggressive brain virus that rots their ability to reason or think and speak clearly.

Yukon Dave's avatar

It is no virus, or stupidity. It is with purpose and foresight. This is what happens when you confront and expose evil people doing evil things. It’s time to stop giving the benefit of the doubt and pretending we are dealing with reasonable and rational people who can resolve conflict with discourse. Wake up and don’t wait to be chattering about at the side of the road with your hands tied behind your back while they decide what to do with you

-->"It’s time to stop giving the benefit of the doubt and pretending we are dealing with reasonable and rational people who can resolve conflict with discourse."

Exactly.

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

True, time again Trump and his supporters have shown they lack reason or capacity to be rational.

Renee Marie's avatar

We are rational…we didn’t vote for Hillary Rodham Clinton or Joseph Robinette Biden. That’s pretty damn rational.

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

I didn't vote for any of the three because none of them were qualified for the position.

Sumtingwong's avatar

Damn dude, do you have anything to say or are you just one of those professional assholes who find sites to troll?

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

Unfortunate though not surprising freedom of speech upsets you.

Renee Marie's avatar

Well maybe YOU should put your name in the hat!

Example: Who is the Magistrate Judge that approved the FBI Search Warrant? None other than the former attorney for Epstein? Evil people doing evil things.

TDS was the first Mass formation. The same psyop and propaganda techniques were used, by the same characters, to drive these same people insane as were used to turn them into Ukraine flag flying covidiots. Their brains were broken by whomever is trying to get rid of Trump and finish us off.

I'd love to subscribe to your newsletter, but alas, you don't have one! 😀

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

Only toxic brain virus is the making people think they can call themselves Patriots while they voted for and supported a terrorist regime. None of these positives statements about Trump will age well.

Jon's avatar

Seriously, Nuclear Weapons is the card they're playing? It reminds me of the first time I heard Hillary mention the Trump-Russian link back in 2016.

Does anyone but their loyal base (which include the NYT and Wapo) believe any of this shit?

i believe that our government is about as stable as the Soviet Union was in the fall of 1991.

How many children did Judge Reinhart sexually abuse on Epstein Island? A failed empire run by pedos and criminals. The only solution is the exact same that founded the nation - stop paying taxes. They know this, which is why they're arming 87000 more IRS agents to continue their crimes and annihilation of the constitution.

Exhibit #05.051: Former IRS Commissioner Steven Miller says the income tax is "voluntary"

Sandra ---'s avatar

see Aaron Russo's documentary "America Freedom to Fascism"- I watched last night, here are quick notes:

Aaron Russo was on quest to find out if there is a law that requires us to pay income tax. Talked about the banker takeover in 1913 with the Federal Reserve Act, but then focused on question of where is the law that requires us to pay income tax. He interviewed Catherine Austin Fitts, G. Edward Griffin, Irwin Schiff (more on him below), Dr. Edwin Viera, former IRS agents (Sherry Jackson and Joe Bannister). He also interviewed former Congressman Dr. Ron Paul, who says the income tax is illegal.

He showed a quote from a Federal Judge saying that the 16th Amendment was never ratified by a sufficient number of states. Apparently, the Supreme Court has ruled on the issue of income tax, saying that labor is private property so you can’t be taxed on that, and that “income” is gain from corporate activity and not wages in exchange for labor. But if you go to court on this (you didn’t pay your taxes so the IRS comes after you), judges in the lower courts will NOT allow you to refer to Supreme Court decisions on this–they will tell you that the Supreme Court decisions are irrelevant. So again, the Supreme Court has consistently ruled on this, saying that income tax is on profit and gains and NOT on wages for labor.

On Irwin Schiff, he’s Peter Schiff’s father (Peter Schiff is the finance expert who is often a guest on TV news shows–Laura Ingraham has been having him on recently). Irwin Schiff was a big voice in the tax honesty movement, saying that the income tax was illegal. So, of course, they went after him and he died in prison:

Another simultaneous leak said the DOJ / FBI are protecting "sources and methods".

Sundance at The Conservative Treehouse suggests the FBI / DOJ are after the trove of documents President Trump declassified regarding the Clinton's setting up Presudent Trump (outside group), and the DOJ / FBI / Crossfire Hurricane illegal actions. Examples include the Page Strozk texts, numerous FBI / DOJ 302s, and Judge Collyer's 99-page legal finding (including research from NSA's Admiral Mike Rogers).

Sundance wrote a lengthy 4-part series detailing the background, motives, facts and documents.

Iron Horsey's avatar

Not sure how far Sundance is off his rocker but President Trump declassified those Russia Collusion Hoax documents while he was still in office.

John Solomon said in an interview he tried to obtain a copy from the National Archives and guess what? He couldn't get them because they aren't there. The Deep State intercepted the docs and no one is raiding them to see them turned over to the National Archives and be available to the public.

Renee Marie's avatar

I think Trump wanted those made public. The DS strikes again.

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

Yeah, because that is totally rational. It's funny how all the rights theories have no facts or evidence to back them up. In your world anyone could accuse you of something illegal and you would be arrested and thrown in jail.

Heime Israel's avatar

Question: Trump’s victory caused Garland not to get a shot at the Supreme Court. Given the “appearance” of a conflict (i.e. Political retribution), why didn’t Garland recuse himself from the process.

As Attorney General, Sessions recused himself (foolishly, I might add) from the Russia Collusion investigation for having done his job as a sitting US Senator.

Why isn’t anyone asking why Garland wasn’t required to do likewise.

(The double standard lives on in spades….)

darulharb's avatar

Clay Travis, co-host of the successor radio show to Rush Limbaugh, and a lawyer, has mentioned this obvious appearance of impropriety and basis for recusal on air. That's one, at least I've heard.

Heime Israel's avatar

Good to know…

Appreciate it

It's unfortunate that David Koresh, the Bundy family, the Lakota on Pine Ridge, and so many other law abiding Americans didn't take out all the Fascist fuck criminal Feral Bureau of Idiot agents who storm trooped them. Remember when many decades ago a small group of patriots broke into a Feral Bureau of Idiots field office in Media, PA and exposed the Fascist fuck FBI for committing numerous federal crimes? The FBI runs the same game as does the CIA on Congress. It has many of them on video sexually abusing children, and/or taking bribes, or doing other illegal crap which is why neither criminal organization, both of which are unconstitutional, have never been shut down, and all the trash prosecuted. It's way past time for the states, and counties to revolt against the Fascist feral government.

Renee Marie's avatar

Waco and Ruby Ridge as well.

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

You clearly don't understand the meaning of fascist.

Steph's avatar

The FBI and DOJ are a bunch of F-ing criminals.

I bet Trump had a bunch of evidence of the corrupt feds. Every fed involved needs to be tried and executed for a treasonous coup.

Renee Marie's avatar

Trump is savvy enough to know where to keep certain information. He’s been a king maker a long time.

Shocked I say's avatar

The briar patch. Gotta love 'im.

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

All this statement indicates is you know Trump to be well versed at hiding incriminating evidence and you are ok with that. Which means you know Trump is doing things that aren't legal and you are ok with that. Bad news for you, your savior political days are numbered.

Renee Marie's avatar

Excuse me smart ass, that isn’t what I meant. I meant he knows the traitorous government has been after him since he decided to run for POTUS. I’m not okay with ANYONE doing ANYTHING illegal. I don’t give a damn if your Jesus Christ! And my only savior is Jesus Christ.

Mary's avatar

Renee, I didn’t have a difficult time understanding what you meant.

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

It's funny how MAGA went from "Back the Blue" to "Back the Blue When They Agree with Us". Trumps the traitor, always has been. Its only a matter of time before all his lies are brought to light. The sooner Trump supporters accept his political career is over and they all got played, the sooner this country can get back on track.

Renee Marie's avatar

Maybe you’re right. I have no idea. I only know what I’m able to see or hear (I do not own a television). But, at least allow facts/truth to be shown to people to make their own decisions.

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

Yet TechnoFog writing isn't filled with facts or truths.

"Put it another way, can Congress criminalize declassification by a US President? I think not."

That's an entirely moot point. The documents don't have to be classified documents. If the original is supposed to be in the Presidential archive and Trump is the only one with a copy, that's not ok.

Plus the only time Trump had the authority to declassify documents was when he was President and even then he couldn't just blanket declassify documents. There's process to it and if that process never took place and/or there is no documentation the process took place then the documents are still classified.

Mary's avatar

And I don’t have a difficult time understanding or believing what TechnoFog is saying either, as he has a basis of knowledge grounded in facts, and indeed, critical thinking.

Not Jonathan Scott's avatar

Of course not, the message he spreads aligns with your viewpoint. That doesn't mean its factual or rooted in reality.
