This is a world I'm unfamiliar with--how do these girls (whether of age or not) keep getting recruited? To describe them as vulnerable doesn't suffice for an explanation as it's more complex/complicated than that. There must be networks of connections/sources trafficking in the knowledge and "availability" of these girls. In other words, a tacit conspiracy. And of course, interstate trafficking makes for a whole other level of criminal intent. Bizarre.
Lastly if the public doesn’t express its outrage and demand accountability from their elected officials than all of the efforts of trying to educate the public as to the threat to their freedoms will go into the waste bin of history .
