The agent that sniped out the sniper, name is Jonathan Willis, gave a statement yesterday. He said that he had the dude in his sights for about 3 minutes prior to him taking a shot at Trump. He said he watched him dial his sights in and watched him "fiddle" around with his rifle. He had informed SS of the situation, so they WERE aware of the danger for at least 3 minutes before any shots were fired. Jonathan Willis also stated that he was told not to engage, to hold fire. He was still waiting for authorization to take the shot when the shooter opened fire. That is when he says he decided to take out the shooter without authorization and against orders. He was subsequently arrested and taken in for questioning. He was released a short time later, but reported that he has been terminated from his law enforcement position as a consequence for disobeying the stand down order.
After the infamous debate, I recall a reporter asking Biden how he would address his difficulties. He said that Trump would have a big challenge soon, without indicating what it would be. Reminded me of his vow that he would stop the Nordstream pipeline. Thugs gotta brag.
So . . . why is it these "oversights" only seem to go on way?
I used to think conspiracy theories were nuts, but anymore . . . I don't know.
And they don't want to call it an assassination attempt for two reasons that I can discern: (1) Trump is a near martyr, and (2) all their "words are violence" hysteria will come home to roost.

It's been an emotional last few hours and thank God for sure that Trump survived. God intervened for sure as he turned his head milliseconds before the bullet grazed his right ear.
